The Illuminate Me Package and Ebook was birthed after noticing a similar pattern between my clients. Although each client had their own story, they were all searching for something. Each Reiki Healing and Illuminate Session is personalised to the individual through intuitive guidance, our discussions and the natural healing process activated via Reiki.
Reiki alone will assist in bringing the mind, body and soul back into alignment and to a state of harmony. I work closely with your chakras to remove blockages that may have built up over time (even lifetimes). Combined with the beautifully structured Illuminate Me Guided Meditations and Chakra Balancing Yoga Flow, to compliment the healings as a whole.
Woven within your Reiki healings, and especially during the Illuminate sessions will be insightful discussions and mentoring tailored to YOU. This will be deeply intuitive and guided to meet you exactly where you are and take you through your own unique process of Illuminating.
In addition to the healing energy of Reiki, we may explore a variety of topics to help support your journey forward, including:

What is the timeframe of the package sessions?
We aim to schedule the sessions within a 6-8 week period, but we can be flexible with timing. It is a beautiful way to experience Reiki from the comfort of your own space.
How do I access the content?
- Once you have booked the Illuminate Me Package, I will contact you via email to set up mutually agreed times for your sessions.
- Sessions are a carried out via Zoom Video Call – details to set this up will be included in your welcome email.
- You will receive access to the Illuminate Me Guided Meditations, Chakra Balancing Yoga Flow video and your complimentary copy of the Illuminate Me Ebook via email, so you can start illuminating straight away!
Who is this package for?
Honestly, anyone.
I receive regular Reiki myself because life and challenges happen to everyone. We cannot control everything, but we can learn to control our reaction and seek re-alignment when we are out of balance.
How are the Distant Reiki Healings run?
- We will connect via a Zoom Video Call and have our initial chat.
- You will get comfy and I will guide you through a meditation and breathing technique as I connect to your energetic self.
- I will then hang up the call and continue channelling the healing for the remainder of the session, until I call you back at the end to discuss your experience, and the next steps.
- This whole process takes approximately one hour.
